Description
Known only as Kingbird and riding a black mare named Molly that has proven she can outrun any horse on the range, the notorious outlaw again gets a chance to prove himself impervious when he becomes the focus of an all-out pursuit by Marshal Jim Hampton and a large posse. Kingbird eludes the posse, only to sneak into their night camp to confront the marshal where he is sleeping apart from his men in an abandoned adobe. During their exchange, Kingbird learns that he was betrayed by the woman he thought loved him, Inez Ramirez. --publisher marketing.
